I ordered a card over a month ago and I now wish to exchange it for another card.
We are willing to exchange or refund faulty goods within 7 days of purchase. After this time period you will have to raise the issue directly with the manufacturer for any exchange or problems that may arise as the 1-year-warranty is with the manufacturer. Before any refunds or exchanges are issued, please adhere to the following steps:
- 1. contact me clearly explaining the fault.
- 2. Once agreed, please return with all packaging and contents provided (unless stated otherwise) to the address given.
- 3. Upon receiving the goods, we will issue you with an exchange or refund as agreed.

Are the cards ready to use?

Yes all Nintendo DS cards sold are pre-loaded with the official R4 software ready to use.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay online using paypal. i also accept perspnal cheque, postal orders and cash. Payment could be made upon reciept of your product.

I want to buy more than one DS Card. What's the best price you can give me?
Should you be a wholesale buyer, we can give you bigger discounts than normal. Please contact me and we can discuss the price. Discount can be made if 2 or more products are ordered.

FAQ - DELIVERY

I ordered a product, it's been 5 days and it hasn't arrived
 All Uk Products are tracked and a tracking number can be obtained. please just let us know and we will issue a replacement and claim for the lost products.


How long should I wait for delivery
In stock orders are usually processed same or next working day, with despatch normally within 2-4 working days. If you require collection or free local delivery it could be arranged within 48 hours.

 

Do you deliver locally & can i pick up?

Yes we Deliver in the local teeside area free of charge. collection is also available upon request. if you are outside the local area recorded signed for delivery is used.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All stock is based in the UK.



What areas do you deliver to Personally?

Any postcode starting with TS is available for personal delivery. We deliver to Ingleby Barwick, Thornaby, Middlesbrough, Stockton, Billingham, Hartlepool, peterlee and other surrounding areas.

My NDS card card is stuck on the loading screen or displays menu?
Every NDS card requires you to place software onto the Micro-SD card, without the software the NDS card will not operate. Software is available from the manufacturers site or could be installed for free upon request.
